- I am committed to justice and committed to putting it into action in my life. I serve on the NW Washington Synod Hunger Team, on the board for Aid Africa, am a member of Oak Harbor Lutheran Church, Whidbey Sounders Toastmasters. I am a wife and mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family is important to me. All of these things are part of my journey with Jesus through life
